Development Bank prepares to roll out new loan tranches

The Social Development Bank is preparing after it has detailed the bank's new tranches for the disbursement of social loans, which was previously revealed by the Director General of the Bank, Dr. Abdullah Al-Namlah, will work on the new tranches during the month of January 2017, which includes a distribution based on the individual's ability to repay by determining the value of the installment and the requested loan so that the monthly installment does not exceed SR 1000 for all loans instead of SR 1800 as was previously applied, for those applying for a new social loan and not as circulated to those who are paying their previous loan installments.

The spokesperson for the Social Development Bank, Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, explained that the reception of applications for social loans will continue with the same mechanism as before and fulfill the general conditions that must be met by all applicants for social loans, namely that the applicant must be of Saudi nationality, and the applicant must not owe the bank another loan of any kind and value, and the total monthly income of the loan applicant does not exceed ten thousand riyals in addition to other conditions and there are conditions specific to each loan separately.
