Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa, editor-in-chief of the real estate newspaper Amlak, received an invitation to participate in the “Conference on Investment and Financing for Educational Buildings” tomorrow, Tuesday, January 10, at the Ministry of Education headquarters in Riyadh. The conference is organized by the Ministry of Education and the Building Development Company with the aim of strengthening partnership prospects between the public and private sectors in the field of educational facilities and buildings.
The conference, which will be opened by Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa, will feature approximately 35 speakers representing various government agencies and professionals from the banking and investment sectors, led by Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment, and Dr. Hamad Al-Bazai, Deputy Minister of Finance.
Over the course of two days, the conference will discuss investment and financing opportunities and options for educational facilities, as well as the environment that attracts investors to the education sector in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as well as the role of education development companies in fostering the investment environment. The goal is to increase the volume of rapid financing with the private sector, reduce the government’s operating expenses, and avoid increasing public debt, It will also seek to provide valuable insights into local, regional, and international practices, experiences, and initiatives in partnership with the private sector.
