The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has called on companies to take advantage of the service it recently launched for submitting resolutions of partners and extraordinary general meetings of companies via its website, The Ministry’s goal in launching this service is to implement and support e-government initiatives, improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, streamline procedures, and regulate the Kingdom’s business and investment environment. The service is part of the services provided by the Ministry in collaboration with its strategic partner, “Thiqah Business Services.”

The Ministry explained that the service enables beneficiaries to submit and publish partners" resolutions electronically, without the need to visit the Ministry’s headquarters or its branches. It noted that beneficiaries can submit their requests electronically by visiting the website (http://Pd.mci.gov.sa). The Ministry will then verify the request, take the necessary steps, and approve it electronically so that the publication fees can be paid in the "Aamali” newspaper http://aamaly.sa, after which the regulatory procedures will be completed electronically. The service also allows for the electronic publication of resolutions from extraordinary general meetings of joint-stock companies.
