The Eastern Province has completed its preparations and arrangements to receive the first real estate event in the Kingdom in the current year 2017, where it will host an exhibition and events with wide participation from the two sectors (public and private) institutions on Sunday morning, January 15, the third edition of the “Restatex Eastern Real Estate Exhibition” at Dhahran Expo Center. The exhibition will last for five days and will conclude on the evening of Thursday, January 19.

The exhibition derives its importance from the great interest it receives from all concerned parties, and the exhibition is honored and sponsored by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, in the presence of government leaders in the region, officials of the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Trade and Investment, the Eastern Province Municipality, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber and the heads and members of real estate and housing committees in the Chamber and a group of leaders of the largest real estate and housing development companies and specialists in mortgage financing programs in local banks.

For his part, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of Restatex Real Estate Exhibitions in the Kingdom, welcomed the honor of His Highness the Emir of the region to the opening ceremony of this annual real estate event, which is the largest and most important to highlight the achievements of real estate and housing development companies in the region, which is not without surprises and investments that will revive the market in 2017, stressing that His Highness's patronage and support for the exhibition and its annual sessions is an extension of the interest and follow-up always for the development and investment achievements in Eastern Province.
