Housing Minister Majed Al-Hogail announced at a press conference marking the launch of the Ministry’s housing products campaign (Sakani) held today, that the allocation of various housing products to 280,000 beneficiaries across the Kingdom has begun as part of the Sakani campaign.
He said at the conference that 120,000 ready-to-move-in and under-construction housing units will be allocated, 75,000 residential plots will be distributed, and 85,000 new numbers will be issued for the Real Estate Development Fund.
Al-Hogail emphasized that the economic impact of the Sakani campaign is estimated at 433 billion riyals in direct and indirect economic output, creating 36,800 new jobs.
The Ministry clarified earlier today that the allocation of housing units will begin on February 15, outlining the details of these units as follows:
Allocation of 120,000 housing units ready for delivery and under construction, with new numbers issued by the Real Estate Development Fund, amounting to approximately 85,000 loans.
Distribution of 75,000 residential land plots.
