His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, launched the event yesterday morning, Sunday, at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center – Dhahran Expo—and in the presence of His Excellency the Secretary of the Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd Al-Jubeir—the largest real estate exhibition the region has ever seen, attended by a large number of government officials, companies, and leaders of the real estate sector, as well as the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and a select group of businessmen and social figures.
During his tour, His Highness was briefed on the exhibition pavilions, major residential and tourism real estate projects, and financing programs participating with substantial offerings at the Restatex Eastern Region Real Estate Exhibition, which is being held with great success and broad participation from leading real estate development companies,residential companies, local banks, and a select group of financing companies that will offer financing solutions and programs specifically for the purchase of homes and real estate units by citizens visiting the exhibition.
For its part, the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce is supporting the exhibition as a strategic partner, and its president, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Ateishan, thanked His Highness the Governor of the region for honoring the exhibition’s opening ceremony, as an extension of His Highness’s constant support and follow-up of development, urban, and housing projects in the region.
For his part, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of “Restatex Real Estate” in the Kingdom, that this year’s Eastern Province Exhibition, in terms of its scale and the number of participants in its events, is an important economic event that highlights the strength of the region’s real estate companies" investments, the magnitude of their capital, and the diversity of their real estate products, ranging from residential to commercial and tourism.
Al-Faraj explained that the participating booths cover all available exhibition halls at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center, with 39 real estate companies, government agencies, banks, and leading finance companies taking part.
Al-Faraj predicted that the exhibition would see higher-than-expected turnout due to the housing projects recently announced by participating companies, as well as the intensive media campaign for the exhibition carried out by participants and organizers, estimating that the exhibition would welcome more than 20 thousand visitors of both genders.
It is worth noting that the exhibition will be open to everyone, including families, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
