With heavy attendance by interested parties, specialists, representatives of government sectors, leaders of the real estate sector and housing investment, financing companies, local banks and social figures, Restatex Eastern Real Estate Exhibition 2017 continued its activities in its third edition, which was launched by HRH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, last Sunday morning at the Dhahran International Exhibition Company Center.

The exhibition, which is the largest annual real estate event in the region, has witnessed interaction, distinguished attendance and important discussions in its last three days through the program of workshops and dialogues that revealed the way in front of many obstacles and removed the fog in some real estate issues, and the speakers answered many questions and inquiries from the audience, The workshops included officials from the Ministry of Housing, the General Authority for Statistics, the Eastern Province Municipality, the Real Estate Committee of the Eastern Chamber, financial and banking leaders, and recorded in all its sessions an attendance of those interested in real estate, housing and financing that exceeded all expectations, and provided direct communication, especially between officials of the programs and initiatives of the Ministry of Housing on the one hand and the heads and leaders of real estate and housing development companies and investors in the residential and commercial development and leasing sector, in addition to an important dialogue held with the leaders of the Eastern Province Municipality on facilitating the procedures and licenses of real estate investors in the Eastern Province through the Jed Initiative.
