Kersner International, in collaboration with Knight Frank, has launched the “Royal Atlantis Residences” residential project on Palm Island in Dubai, The company explained that the project consists of a range of options, including two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments, as well as sky courts, penthouses, and garden suites, noting that upon full completion, the project will offer 231 apartments and 795 rooms and suites spanning more than 10 hectares of land within the resort. It also noted that prices for units in the project start at 7.6 million dirhams.
Project Manager Essam Kaldari noted that the project is expected to be completed in early 2019, adding that a limited number of units have been made available to investors.
