The “Wafi” off-plan sales program announced a tender for the design, marketing, construction, and delivery of residential units within multi-story residential buildings on Ministry-owned land, A statement from the Ministry of Housing indicated that the residential units are located in (Al-Kharj, Al-Ahsa, Khamis Mushait, and Tabuk) and include 9,049 apartments.

The Ministry stated that those wishing to obtain the terms and specifications booklet, priced at 15,000 riyals, must submit a check made out to the Off-Plan Sales Committee or deposit the amount into Al-Bilad Bank’s account and provide proof of payment to the Committee’s headquarters at the Ministry of Housing on Al-Olaya Road - Al-Sahafa District - Ground Floor.
