With a total area of 910,000 square meters and a height of 100 meters, Amniyat Real Estate Group has launched the “One Palm” project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, a residential tower dedicated to luxury apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in 2018.

The project includes 90 apartments spread over 23 floors, with a variety of facilities and amenities, including a private marina beach for residents" yachts and swimming pools.

Each apartment in the project, designed by the New York-based architectural firm ”Soma,“ will be tailored to the owners” preferences, as each owner can choose interior designs and décor from the works of two of the world’s leading designers to suit their personal style: the Japanese firm “Super Potato,” known for its elegant and contemporary designs, and the luxury design studio "Elysium," based in London and renowned for its work on the One Hyde Park building in London.
