Al-Awal Bank launched its programs yesterday in Riyadh with the opening of its digital banking branch “Ibda”“—the first of its kind in the region—through which it offers a unique banking experience, providing customers with an ideal environment to conduct their banking transactions with the utmost convenience.
”Abda“ offers an exceptional and innovative banking environment designed to provide flexible and personalized banking services by leveraging an advanced system of smart digital technologies, combined with a hospitality concept through a partnership with the renowned ”Costa Café“ chain, giving customers the opportunity to carry out a wide range of banking transactions in a comfortable and interactive atmosphere.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Awal Bank, Engineer Mubarak bin Abdullah Al-Khafra, explained that the bank is taking a proactive step toward providing digital banking services, noting that ”Ibda’a“ is the ideal means of integrating the digital banking environment with our efforts to strengthen our close relationships with our customers and give them greater attention, emphasizing that this experience will support our efforts to elevate the level of services provided by Al-Awal Bank.
It is worth noting that the bank is open Saturday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the ”Al-Nakheel Mall” shopping center—north of Riyadh.
