The real estate newspaper Amlak continued its tradition of supporting real estate exhibitions both within the Kingdom and abroad, with Editor-in-Chief Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa signing a sponsorship agreement for Cityscape Turkey, which will be hosted by Istanbul from March 23 to 25 at the Istanbul Convention Center.
Amlak is a strategic partner for all Cityscape exhibitions in the region, having previously sponsored international exhibitions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Jeddah, and Kuwait, Accordingly, it sponsors all Cityscape exhibitions in the Gulf, and through its presence, the newspaper provides specialized media services, logistical support, and marketing consulting to companies participating in all events at these exhibitions.
Cityscape Turkey serves as an important real estate hub for Gulf nationals to learn about economic developments and the latest Turkish real estate offerings that are attracting investor interest, with more than 744 Saudi companies currently operating in Turkey across various sectors, including 150 real estate companies, in addition to individuals buying and selling Turkish real estate. Turkey is considered one of the preferred investment destinations for Saudis, with the Kingdom’s total investments in Turkey reaching 11 billion U.S. dollars. Real estate investments in Turkey are notable for the fact that Saudis are the world’s leading owners of Turkish land, with the total area of land they own reaching 3.95 thousand square kilometers, while Turkish legislation allows Saudi investors to own up to 30 thousand hectares.
