Sales at the Al Andalus project in Dubai have confirmed that the UAE real estate market is doing well, with supply meeting genuine buyer demand, In this regard, Jumeirah Golf Estates announced the sale of all townhouse units within the Al Andalus project in Dubai, noting that unit prices start at 1.3 million dirhams.

It is worth noting that the company launched 715 homes and a hotel last week; each home features two or three bedrooms, a private balcony, and an outdoor patio with the option to add a swimming pool,  noting that construction is expected to be completed in September 2018.
