A number of specialized training courses in the field of real estate development, organized by the Institute of Public Administration in cooperation with the Wafi off-plan sales program, will be launched next week in Riyadh at the Institute's premises.
The course aims to qualify and train the beneficiaries of the services of the off-plan sales program, which targets beneficiaries of the program such as real estate developers, engineering consultants, legal accountants and all those interested in selling real estate units on the map.
<The off-plan sales committee in the Wafi program consists of the following members: Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Ministry of Justice, Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, and two members from the private sector. <The committee partners with relevant government agencies such as the Real Estate Development Fund, the Real Estate Developers Services Center (TAMAMAM) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA), where the off-plan sales committee performs many tasks, including: Granting licenses within a maximum period of 10 days from the completion of the application, determining the conditions and requirements necessary for licensing, including the “electronic instrument”, determining the necessary conditions for the activities of advertising, marketing and displaying real estate units on the map, setting operational conditions for common benefits, setting the controls of exceptions to the instrument, determining the financial and technical qualification conditions for developers, real estate brokers, practitioners and practitioners, determining the conditions and controls of disbursement from the escrow account on the project, determining the mechanisms for calculating quantities and their role in disbursing payments for project expenses, setting conditions for consumers and buyers“ rights, setting a register that includes
