Housing Minister Majid Al-Hogail revealed that the development of undeveloped land refers solely to infrastructure and does not involve the construction of residential units or offering the land for investment or sale, At the same time, Al-Hogail denied that the development of white land is intended to provide or sell ready-made housing units.

Al-Haqil reiterated during a meeting with real estate developers in Jeddah that there will be no exceptions for vacant land in areas where fees on vacant land are imposed.
