Real estate transactions continued to decline at the level of the Kingdom, as the value of real estate transactions during the month of Jumada I 1438 AH decreased to 16.7 billion riyals, a decrease of 33% compared to the same month last year, and thus the value of real estate transactions since the beginning of the year 1438 AH decreased by 34% to 93.4 billion riyals compared to about 140.8 billion riyals made during the same period last year.

As for the most active cities in terms of the value of residential real estate transactions during the month of Jumada I, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 3.2 billion riyals, a decrease of 26% compared to the same month last year, followed by the Jeddah region with about 2.1 billion riyals, a decrease of 19%.
