King Abdullah Economic City announced that it is ready to offer residential lots in the second phase of the city’s coastal communities by the end of this month.
Fahd bin Abdulmohsen Al-Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of King Abdullah Economic City, explained that approximately 383 plots of land will be offered for sale, following the sale of approximately 117 plots, most of which were sold during the first phase.
Al-Rashid said that the total value of the residential plots being offered for sale exceeds 230 million riyals, with each residential plot within the city priced at 600,000 riyals.
The Haramain High-Speed Rail will help shorten the distance between major cities throughout the Western Region, connecting the areas of Makkah and Madinah via Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City.
It is worth noting that King Abdullah Economic City offers housing solutions suitable for all segments of society—including those with low, middle, and high incomes—through its diverse coastal residential areas, equipped with high-quality infrastructure and surrounding public facilities and services, such as educational institutions—including the city’s first school, “Al-Alam Academy,” with a total capacity of 2,250 students, and healthcare facilities through a contract with Dr. Sulaiman Faqih Hospital to operate the first medical center providing services to residents, students, and employees, as well as security and safety services, in addition to mosques, including the Al-Sharbatly Mosque and the Al-Wadi Industrial Mosque, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets.
It is worth noting that the first sales tour will be held in the capital from September 29 to October 1, 2013, while the second tour will take place in Jeddah from October 5 to 7.
