Well-informed media sources have revealed that the Ministry of Housing intends to issue bills for the “White Land” fee program in Jeddah during the first few days of April.

The sources expect bills for land in the Al-Sharqiyah suburb to be issued in mid-April, with bills for the program in Riyadh to be issued next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Implementation of the vacant land fee system began on the 3rd of Ramadan 1437 AH, corresponding to June 8, 2016.

It is worth noting that the online portal dedicated to registering white land has 1,792 registered users, with 2,278 registration requests submitted, covering a total area of 635 million square meters, for the first phase that concluded last December.
