 Ministerial decision to register all government deeds as “state real estate”

The Council of Ministers decided in its session held last week under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Riyadh to approve the registration of all deeds of ownership of real estate owned by the state under the name (state real estate), and that the registration of state real estate shall be in accordance with a number of arrangements, including:

If the government entity has a statutory provision that gives it the right to own and dispose of the property, the deed shall specify the name of the entity and the sector within its activity. <If the government entity has a statutory provision granting it the right to own and dispose of the property, the deed shall specify the name of the entity and the sector within its activity.
