A high-level delegation from Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, led by Editor-in-Chief Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa, paid a visit to Bin Faqih Real Estate Investment Company in Bahrain. The two sides discussed avenues for cooperation and joint ventures, as well as the possibility of the company entering the Saudi market. The meeting also addressed modern marketing techniques and programs, the economic conditions in the region, and the lucrative returns on real estate investment. Both parties praised the flourishing economic and tourism relations between the two countries and the growing Saudi demand to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
For his part, Ahmed Khalfan, the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, expressed his delight at opening its first office in Saudi Arabia, in line with its expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its presence across the region. With this move, Bin Faqih has become one of the first companies to benefit from the new positive changes in real estate market regulations across the Gulf states and has taken the initiative to open offices in several cities, including Saudi Arabia; so as to be closer to its clients and those interested in property ownership and tourism.
For his part, Mr. Faisal Al-Dosari, Regional Director and Supervisor of the offices in the Saudi market, said that the company’s commitment to providing the best services to its clients, maintaining close ties with them to manage their properties, boosting the company’s sales, and presenting offers for new projects is one of our main goals, especially given the current openness in the Saudi and Bahraini markets.
