The Ministry of Housing continues to roll out housing projects in accordance with its established plan, offering today more than 20,000 housing and financing products—including villas, apartments, land plots, and loans—across all regions of the Kingdom. The housing and financing products to be announced today cover all regions of the Kingdom and target various segments of society, with 1,000 housing and financing products continuing to be announced.

The Ministry has recently launched 68 projects, with a total of 103,239 housing units across Saudi Arabia, while it is currently working on 118 projects that will provide 297,668 housing units, including 169,430 developed plots of land ready for construction and approximately 128,238 housing units to be built in collaboration with real estate developers on land distributed across various regions of Saudi Arabia.

The Ministry is currently planning to sign 15 new memorandums of understanding with local developers to build more than 40,000 housing units, with prices ranging from 250,000 to 650,000 riyals per unit on privately owned land, in addition to the Ministry’s own projects on its land, which will be based on partnerships with the private sector. The housing offerings will be diverse, including apartments of various sizes, townhouses, and villas, to suit all segments of society.
