The Ministry of Housing announced that it continues to launch its various products, as the Ministry released the fourth installment for the month of May, including 20,585 housing and financing products under the Residential Program.
This installment includes 7,700 subsidized financing in partnership with banks and financing institutions. This batch includes 7,700 subsidized financing in partnership with banks and financial institutions, 6,611 free land, 6,084 housing units within the off-plan sales program Wafi in partnership with real estate developers, and 190 ready-made housing units.
These payments come in the fourth installment for the month of May and include 20,585 housing and financing products under the residential program.
These payments come as part of the ministry's plan to allocate and deliver 280,000 housing and financing products in all regions of the Kingdom during 2017.
The housing and finance products included all regions of the Kingdom, as follows:
- Riyadh with 1911 subsidized financing, 245 land, 121 ready-made housing units and 700 housing units within the Wafi program.
- Makkah 1366 subsidized financing and 153 lands, and Medina 551 subsidized financing.
- Qassim 714 subsidized financing, 147 land and 69 ready-made housing units.
- Eastern Province 1007 subsidized financings and 2400 housing units within the Wafi program.
- Asir 692 subsidized financing, 1752 land and 1500 housing units within the Wafi program.
- Tabuk 322 subsidized financing and 1400 within the Wafi program.
- Hail 324 subsidized financing.
- Northern Borders 181 subsidized financing.
- Jazan 90 subsidized financing
- 4054 land and 84 housing units within the Wafi program.
- Najran with 187 subsidized financings.
- Al Baha with 187 subsidized finances.
- 260 lands.
- Al Jouf 168 subsidized funds.
