The Ministry of Housing has signed a contract to establish the first factory specialized in building housing units with modern construction techniques in Dammam. It is expected to pump 7,000 housing units annually.

In this direction, the official spokesperson at the Ministry of Housing, Saif Al-Suwailem, revealed that the factory builds housing units and equips them with innovative industrial solutions, as they are manufactured inside it, and then transported to the land on which the house is to be built and the house is installed.

Al-Suwailem explained that the other factories that will be established will not be inferior to the Dammam factory in productivity, indicating that they will be localized by up to 1,100TP3T.
