Hamza Al-Askar, Secretary-General of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, revealed that the committee had provided the Saudi Credit Information Company “Sama” with data on 40 individuals with delinquent contributions.

Al-Askar said that enforcement judgments had been issued against them for a total amount estimated at approximately 2.3 billion riyals. He noted that the agreement recently concluded with “Sama” has entered into force, explaining that it will help incentivize individuals to make payments so they can benefit from the services of various banks.
