The Saudi British Bank “SABB” was honored by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency “SAMA” for obtaining the highest key performance indicators for ATM services and the scope of deployment, where SABB received the first place as the best bank in managing self-service and ATMs at the level of local banks.
This came during a ceremony held by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to distribute awards to the banks with the highest results in the study recently conducted by the institution to measure the operational efficiency of banks in order to achieve the highest levels of service provided in the Kingdom's banking sector, in the presence of Hashim Othman Al-Hogail, Deputy Governor for Banking Operations at the Monetary Agency.
