The source explained that the ministry has completed the infrastructure work in the northern site, with a completion rate of 100 %, and the prices of the units after their development in the northern project of 5090 units will start from 700 thousand riyals. He pointed out that the ministry completed the infrastructure of the residential units project in southern Jeddah next to Prince Fawaz project by 80 %, at a total cost of nearly half a billion riyals and work took more than two years due to the difficulty of the area.

The source added that the prices of the 13,451 residential units in the project, on a total area of 2.7 million meters, will start from 500 thousand to 750 thousand with areas ranging from 125 meters to 225 meters per unit.
