Dubai Real Estate Company began offering its “Casa Viva” residential complex for sale today, Monday, June 12, 2017. The launch of sales for the “Casa Viva” townhouse project “Casa Viva” follows the launch of the first and second phases of the “Serena” project, namely ”Bella Casa” and “Casa Dora.”

The project represents the third phase of the “Serena” family housing project in “Dubai Land.” The “Casa Viva” project comprises more than 400 two- and three-bedroom townhouses.

It is worth noting that the “Serena” project consists of four residential communities served by three community centers, in addition to “The Plaza.”
