Four regions (Makkah, Riyadh, Sharqiya and Qassim) accounted for 74% of the total registration operations carried out on old real estate deeds during seven and a half months, and ranked third after the emptying of deeds and registration of a power of attorney document in six regions, while Al-Baha region recorded the least operations with 313 old deeds.
The procedures of emptying deeds by transferring ownership of real estate of various types ranked first among the operations carried out on real estate from the beginning of the year until mid-Sha'ban with 187,375 operations in all regions, and the registration of a deputation document ranked second with 105,145 operations, followed by the registration of old deeds 61910 operations, sorting deeds 57309, updating deeds for the comprehensive system 55540 operations, and granting 16354 procedures.
Registering property ownership Notaries carried out operations on 14,925 deedless property registration procedures, 14,736 deed amendment procedures, 9,457 real estate mergers, and 6,980 mortgages, while the first notary in Jeddah and the first notary in Riyadh were almost equal in the list of most operations. Statistics and documentation The Notarization Index allows beneficiaries to know the statistics of notarization works in the first, second and other notaries, and different branches of the Ministry in all regions of the Kingdom, and enables tracking the number and types of issued powers of attorney, procedures and operations related to real estate and their numbers, in addition to the certification of documents issued from inside or outside the Kingdom.
