In the presence of Housing Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Dawawin Al-Jazirah, along with five real estate development companies, signed an agreement with the Ministry of Housing to build thousands of housing units in various regions of the Kingdom, following a press conference held by the Ministry to announce the fifth allocation batch of the “Sakani” program.

Dawaween revealed details of its project with the Ministry of Housing, noting that the project is located in Riyadh’s “Al-Shifa, Badr District” and consists of three residential categories totaling 4,500 housing units of varying sizes, “Dawaween” explained that unit prices start at 490,000 riyals for townhouses, 630,000 riyals for duplexes, and 820,000 riyals for villas.

It is worth noting that the companies that have signed agreements with the Ministry of Housing are Ali Shar Real Estate Co., Ltd., Abraj Dhahab, Dawawin Al-Jazirah, Salman bin Saidan, Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Muheilib, and Abdulrahman Al-Rashid.
