The Ministry of Housing continued to implement its promise in the Sakani program to pump, allocate and deliver 280,000 housing products during this year, as it announced in the middle of this month (June) the fifth installment of ”Sakani”, including more than 27,339 residential and financial products, an increase of 32 percent from the fourth installment, while the total products launched so far reached 100,299 residential and financial products during five batches.

Riyadh region came with 7,175 residential and financial products, including 2,133 subsidized financing, and 5,522 residential units under the map sale program «Wafi» in partnership with the Ministry of Housing. <The residential and financial products came in the Riyadh region with 7,175 products, including 2,133 subsidized financing and 5,042 housing units within the off-plan sales program «Wafi» in partnership with the private sector, and the Makkah region with 5,403 products, including 1.293 subsidized financing, 1744 free land and 2366 housing units within the Wafi program, Madinah region with 569 subsidized financing, Qassim region with 2013, including 750 subsidized financing, 519 free land and 744 housing units within the Wafi program, Eastern Province with 2403, including 961 subsidized financing and 1442 housing units within the Wafi program, and Asir region with 3.167, including 662 subsidized financing, 502 free land and 2.Tabuk region with 327 subsidized financing, Hail region with 215 subsidized financing, Northern Borders region with 1914, including 204 subsidized financing, 996 land without financial compensation and 714 housing units within the Wafi program. Jazan region with 114 subsidized financing, Najran region with 3305, including 160 subsidized financing and 3145 free land, Al-Baha region with 146 subsidized financing, and Al-Jouf region with 166 subsidized financing and 422 free land.
