Pursuant to the decision of Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain and First Deputy Prime Minister, to distribute 4,200 housing units across all governorates of Bahrain, the Bahraini Ministry of Housing has begun distributing owner-occupied apartments in the residential buildings of the 207 Complex project in central Muharraq.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing, Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, said in a statement on Sunday that the Housing Services Department has contacted those eligible for the housing units to complete the distribution procedures.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing emphasized that the Ministry will continue distributing the 4,200 housing units, with the final phase being the distribution of the Sharq Al-Hadd Housing City project this week, following its launch last April.
Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa noted that the housing allocations are part of the government’s efforts to achieve sustainability in meeting citizens’ housing needs, as part of its efforts to provide 25,000 housing units included in the government’s work program.
