In the presence of His Excellency Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail and a number of senior ministry officials, Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Muheilib & Sons Holding Company signed a real estate development agreement with the ministry aimed at constructing 714 housing units in Arar, as part of the fifth phase of the “Sakani” program, which included agreements to build thousands of housing units with private companies in several regions of the Kingdom. The contract was signed by Ahmed Al-Muhailib, the company’s General Manager of Real Estate Development and Investment.
Mohammed Al-Muhailib, CEO of Sulaiman Al-Muhailib & Sons, affirmed that the Ministry of Housing has made significant efforts in recent times, offering new solutions in the interest of citizens and accelerating the handover of housing units under the “Sakani” program. He added: “Private companies serve as an extension of government sectors across all fields, and there is a complementary relationship aimed at developing services, which are among the most important factors for development and progress. We are honored to be one of the key contributors to providing major services to citizens in the area of “housing.””
These agreements stem from the Ministry’s commitment to developing housing and financing services, which serve the interests of citizens for whom housing is a major concern and an important goal. Such agreements aim to address this issue through the construction and delivery of housing units to citizens.
