The Chinese city of Hong Kong has begun promoting 20 properties worldwide and offering them at public auction, according to an auction featuring high-end and luxury homes from around the world. According to the MLive website, the list features homes that will each sell for millions of dollars, and the viewing and bidding period is scheduled to last 36 hours, having begun last Wednesday through in-person attendance at the auction site or via the dedicated app.

U.S. properties are the highlight of the auction, including a home on the shores of Lake Michigan valued at $8.5 million, as well as a luxury penthouse «penthouse» at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in New York City, valued at approximately $14.5 million dollars, the Rocky Mountain Oasis in Colorado, a home in Dallas featuring 17th-century French architecture valued at 10 million dollars, and a home in Greenwich valued at 3.95 million dollars.

There will also be properties from around the world, most notably the Matana Ranch in Fiji, valued at approximately $19 million; a home in Fiji valued at $8.8 million; a home in Baja California Sur, Mexico, valued at $3.5 million dollars, a luxury penthouse in Calgary, Canada, valued at approximately 2.3 million dollars, and a home in Jamaica valued at approximately 5 million dollars.
