Bank Al Jazira concluded its social responsibility activities, represented by the Al Jazira Benevolence Program, in cooperation with the Leadership Development Foundation (LDF) for training a course (Personal Productivity) for a number of social work leaders in Hafr Al Batin Governorate.

Dr. Fahad Bin Ali Al Olayan, Head of the Social Responsibility Group at Bank Al Jazira, explained that this course, in which sixteen trainees representing the leaders of the charitable sectors in Hafr Al Batin Governorate participated, comes within the non-profit sector capacity building programs to which the bank pays great attention, which would help develop the skills of leaders in this field and push social and charitable work to progress and achieve more successes.

The training course included many ideas that help leaders in raising the level of productivity and increasing their level of awareness, which necessarily contributes to raising the performance of the charitable and social sector at the level of the governorate.
