The Ministry of Housing continued to release its monthly housing offerings, announcing 27,658 housing units and financing options as part of the sixth batch of the “Sakani” campaign.

The sixth batch included 12,230 off-plan housing units, 7,723 residential land plots (provided free of charge), and 7,700 housing financing options (with profit-sharing).

The announced products were distributed across various regions of the Kingdom, bringing the total number of housing products under the “Sakani” campaign across all six batches to 127,960, and is projected to reach 280,000 housing units by the end of this year.
