Ahmed Mandoura, General Supervisor of the Private Sector Partnership Program at the Ministry of Housing, announced the launch of a campaign to allocate and reserve 12,800 housing units through the off-plan sales program as part of numerous projects in Dammam, Tabuk, Khamis Mushait, Al-Kharj, and other locations, starting today, Sunday.
This announcement was made during a conference held by the Ministry of Housing to launch the sixth phase of the housing program. He noted that the total number of housing units provided in partnership with the private sector through the off-plan sales program and to be allocated this year will reach 110,000 housing units, which will be delivered to citizens within a maximum of three years from the date of allocation.
Mandoura noted that the partnership with the private sector has resulted in the start of construction on thousands of housing units offering a variety of options, high quality, and affordable prices ranging from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals, in line with the purchasing power of those eligible for housing support.
