The Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee at the Ministry of Housing has issued a license to sell 22 off-plan real estate units for the “Canary Residential Complex” project in Riyadh, developed by “Hafz Al-Kayan,” covering a total area of 26.3 thousand square meters.

Mohammed bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, Secretary-General of the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee, explained that “Hafz Al-Kayan” —the project’s owner—to market and pre-sell the licensed units after it met the licensing requirements for conducting pre-sales of real estate development project units under the off-plan sales system during or prior to the construction phase.

He added that the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee at the Ministry of Housing is the authority responsible for reviewing and issuing off-plan sales and leasing licenses for any purpose related to real estate development projects (residential, commercial, industrial, service, tourism) before or during the development phase.
