The Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced that limited liability companies can now obtain immediate approval for their trade names online

The ministry’s official spokesperson, Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, explained that the service is available through the articles of incorporation for limited liability companies, as well as on the trade name page within the terms of the electronic company incorporation contracts.

The Ministry of Commerce urged business owners to avoid non-Arabic names, names with religious connotations, inappropriate names, names associated with events or occasions, and personal or family names.
