Al-Mutair explained that housing projects have been completed in both Hail city and Al-Shanan governorate, and work is underway to complete their infrastructure projects. <He pointed out that the ministry has allocated 5472 plots of land in Hail, 946 residential villas in Hail city, and 70 residential villas in Al-Shanan governorate. Al-Mutair continued that there are two agreements signed with real estate companies, the first involves building on the land of the Al-Fajr plan in Hail, where the number of housing units is 1290 housing units, and the second in the Corniche plan north of Hail Airport to build 104 residential apartments with a two-story system.

Mutair pointed out that the ministry has allocated 5472 plots of land to the Hail region.
