11 global and regional partnerships strengthen the Real Estate Institute's strong start in regulating the sector

In line with its launch, the Saudi Real Estate Institute (SRI) signed 11 international, regional and local partnerships last week during its launch ceremony, with the aim of contributing to the development and regulation of the real estate market.

Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel and His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, Engineer Mohammed bin Faisal bin Muammar, signed local and international partnership agreements with a number of government and private entities, including signing a partnership with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, represented by the Corporation's Governor Dr. Ahmed Al Fahid, to license and support building technology programs, cooperate in training, develop, deliver and license technical and vocational training programs, raise community awareness on the importance of technical and vocational training, carry out research and projects necessary to follow up technical developments and

The Minister of Housing also signed a partnership with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as a partnership with the Job Creation and Unemployment Control Authority to support the Institute in developing strategies that contribute to creating jobs and combating unemployment and activating the proposed solutions for this, and His Excellency the Governor of the Job Creation Authority, Mr. Omar Al-Batati, kindly signed.This was followed by the signing of a partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, represented by H.E. Mr. Saleh Al Amro, Director General of the Fund, and the Institute signed a partnership agreement with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). It also signed a partnership with the National University of Singapore (NUS), specifically (School of Design and Environment followed by a partnership with the American Institute of Landlords Associations (CAI)(CAI).A partnership has also been signed with the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).The Institute also signed a partnership with SaudiACHI (SaudiACHI), a strategic partner of InterNATCHI (InterNATCHI), and within the signing of partnerships, the Institute signed with Linkedin to establish the Saudi Real Estate Institute page and market its courses.
