During a press conference held by the Ministry of Housing to mark the seventh phase of the “Sakani” program, Ahmed Mandoura, General Supervisor of the Ministry’s Public-Private Partnership Program, that the partnership with the private sector has resulted in the start of construction on thousands of housing units offering diverse options, high quality, and affordable prices ranging from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals, in line with the purchasing power of those eligible for housing support, He confirmed that the total number of housing units provided in partnership with the private sector through the off-plan sales program and to be allocated during the current year will reach 110,000 units, and will be delivered to citizens within a maximum of three years from the date of allocation.
