Manzal Real Estate’s half-year net profit reached 56.5 million dirhams, rising by 81% to 56.5 million dirhams during the first half of this year, compared to 31.2 million dirhams in the first half of 2016. Revenue for the period rose by 54% to 412 million dirhams. Mohammed Muhanna Al Qubaisi, Chairman of Manazel Real Estate, said: “Our strong financial performance in the first half of the year, with an 81% increase in net profit to 56.5 million dirhams, is the result of the successful implementation of our business strategy to generate additional sources of income alongside the growth of our core and non-core businesses.”
