The Sheikh Zayed Housing Program in the United Arab Emirates has concluded the construction, completion and maintenance contracts for the Montazi Housing Complex project with China State Contracting Middle East and Dabco Construction Company.

The project includes three residential models, all with four bedrooms, and 50% of the residences will be master expandable and all are horizontally expandable.

According to the program, the beneficiaries of the Montazi Housing Complex can reserve their residences through the Zayed Smart Communities system, which enables beneficiaries to tour the virtual tour, and the ability to reserve residences individually and enter through each residence and learn about its areas, number of rooms and accompanying service facilities within the plan after the completion of the project, and announce the opening of reservations for the residences of the project.
