“Saudi Exports to participate in five international exhibitions this year

The Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA) is participating in the GITEX Technology Fair 2017 in Dubai from October 08-12, with an integrated pavilion to support the presence of Saudi products in international markets, open export doors for national goods, and contribute to booking its market share internationally, in line with the Kingdom's vision to diversify sources of income for the national economy.

SEDA is also participating in the Gulf Food Industrial Exhibition in Dubai from October 31-November 20, targeting the food manufacturing and packaging sector. <In addition, the Authority will participate in the Gulf Food Industrial Exhibition held in Dubai from October 31 to November 20, targeting the food manufacturing and packaging sector, as well as the ADIPEC 2017 exhibition held in Abu Dhabi from November 13 to 16, targeting the gas and petroleum sector. Saudi Exports will conclude Saudi Exports will conclude its last participation this year with the Big Five 2017 exhibition, which will be held in Dubai on November 26 for four days, specializing in the building materials, construction and infrastructure sector.

Saudi Exports is currently working to complete the procedures for the participation of more than 200 national companies in the “Saudi Pavilion” in a number of international exhibitions during the last quarter of this year, including Anuga 2017, which will be held in Germany from October 07 to 11, concerned with the food and beverage sector.

For his part, Engineer Saleh Al-Sulami, Secretary General of the Saudi Export Development Authority, said that these participations aim to promote local industries and open new export channels for Saudi companies in regional and international markets, highlight the Saudi product as a competitive product to its global counterpart in terms of price and quality, to increase the market shares of the local product in international markets and to enhance the contribution of this sector to the gross national product.
