The Real Estate Development Fund reiterated that those with a monthly income of 14,000 or less are eligible for 100% subsidized financing with a profit margin of 0%,  It clarified that the procedures must be completed through the Subsidized Financing Beneficiaries Service Center, and that applicants cannot approach lenders directly.

The Fund stated that beneficiaries with a monthly income of 14,000 riyals or less will be eligible for financing of up to 500,000 riyals without profit charges.

These statements were issued in response to inquiries from beneficiaries on Twitter, which included reports that some beneficiaries had been placed on waiting lists for loans of less than 500,000 riyals.
