Mr. Ali Al-Shawi, director of the *Amlak* newspaper office in the UAE, emphasized the depth of economic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with Saudis concluding real estate deals in the Dubai market worth over 12.5 billion dirhams during the first half of this year. Al-Shawi noted that Dubai serves as a pivotal commercial hub connecting the East and West, which has helped open up the Saudi market through Dubai’s central location.

Al-Shawi, who was a guest on Dubai Satellite TV’s "Hashmal" program—which focuses on economic issues—revealed that the secret to Dubai’s appeal and development lies in its reliance on commercial sustainability and strong infrastructure.

Regarding *Amlak* newspaper, Al-Shawi explained that it was launched in 2010 and is considered the first real estate newspaper in the Kingdom, and has earned its leading position because it is the only medium that enables investors and real estate developers to achieve their goals in conveying their message to their target audience. He noted the trust placed in it by government agencies, investors, and readers, and that it has proven its presence and worth over the past seven years.
