Water's Edge is the first middle-income development on Yas Island. <Talal Al Dhiabi, Chief Development Officer at Aldar Properties, said: “Aldar was the first real estate company to register to provide real estate escrow accounts as per the new Real Estate Regulation Law in Abu Dhabi, and this agreement is the second of its kind to provide real estate escrow accounts for our projects, which reflects our commitment and encouragement of the new Real Estate Regulation Law as well as our keenness to be transparent in dealing with our customers.”
