The Eastern Province Secretariat has invited citizens who have received royal decrees—as directed by His Excellency Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir, Secretary of the Eastern Province, to begin finalizing their procedures—covering the second part of the third phase for the years (1425–1426 AH) and implemented in Al-Khafji Governorate, to attend the public lottery on Tuesday morning at the Eastern Province Secretariat Theater at 10:00 a.m.
The Director General of the Land and Property Department, Mr. Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Rajeh, called for strict adherence to attending the lottery, emphasizing that the Secretariat is currently working to finalize all royal decrees, explaining that it will implement them using the land available within the municipalities affiliated with the Secretariat, noting that implementation will take place in any city in the Eastern Province where government plans are in place, and that the Secretariat is working diligently to finalize all royal decrees in its possession, and will announce the subsequent grants sequentially after the completion of each phase.
The Secretariat urges all citizens whose names were listed in the years 1425-1426 AH to attend the lottery, bringing the original national ID and a clear copy of it. Likewise, the legal representative must bring the original power of attorney, a copy of the representative’s ID, and a copy of the grant recipient’s ID. If the grant recipient or their legal representative is unable to attend, the Grants Committee will conduct the lottery on their behalf. The Secretariat notes that grant recipients may visit the Eastern Province Secretariat website at www.eamana.gov.sa to check the status of their grant.
