The Al-Ahsa Municipality recently completed the procedural steps for the public lottery to distribute 3,000 plots of land to citizens who have received royal decrees and submitted applications through the municipality’s online portal.

The lottery was conducted over three consecutive days, and the Municipality set a record among all municipalities through its e-service, which enables citizens who have received royal decrees to open land files electronically via its portal (www.alhasa.gov.sa). This enabled 12 citizens who had completed the steps to open their files through the online service to participate just two hours before the lottery was held.

The Mayor of Al-Ahsa, Engineer Adel bin Muhammad Al-Melhem, noted that the launch of this e-service has made the process easier for citizens and saved them time and effort.
