With a lavish booth, Itqan Real Estate participated in the inaugural Restatex Cityscape Riyadh exhibition, which was officially opened by His Excellency Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Housing, last Wednesday evening, and concluded on Saturday evening, September 30.
On this occasion, Abdulaziz Al-Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itqan Real Estate—the exclusive marketer of the estate of Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi, may God have mercy on him—explained that the properties the Liquidation Board intends to sell in the coming phase at upcoming auctions were showcased, noting that the presentation, using models, explained the advantages and locations of the remaining estate properties. He also pointed out the large turnout at the pavilion, with hundreds of visitors, businessmen, and investors attending to learn about the liquidation process.
Sources at Amlak newspaper revealed that the company showcased part of the real estate estate of Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud —may God have mercy on him—in preparation for their sale in the first phase directly on the market following the design of a dedicated marketing campaign. The source explained that in the second phase, the estate may be offered at public auctions if the company deems it appropriate.
It is worth noting that Itqan Real Estate has gained significant experience in estate liquidation and marketing. Together with the Liquidation Council for the Estate of Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi, it achieved great success in marketing its properties through various exhibitions both locally and internationally, in addition to the substantial sales value generated by the three auctions held in Riyadh and Jeddah, where the total value of the properties reached seven billion, nine hundred seventy-nine thousand riyals. “Itqan Real Estate” had exclusively executed the marketing campaign for the estate of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may God have mercy on him.
